내 자신이 부끄럽고 한심하고 미워질 때가 있다.
다른 이가 날 비난해도 그가 미워지기보다
그런 얘기를 듣는 내가 더 밉기도 하다.
내가 이유가 아닌데도 나를 탓하는 사람들은
대부분 착한 사람들이라고 한다.
그런 착한 사람들이 자신을 탓하지 않고 스스로를 사랑했으면 좋겠다.
그리고 나도... 자신감을 가지고 나를 위한 삶을 살 수 있길 희망한다.
 

 
2017년에 개봉한 영화 '위대한 쇼맨'의 삽입곡이다.
2022년 JTBC의 '뜨거운싱어즈'의 합창곡으로 쓰이기도 했다.
